The Keyport Green Team is a group of volunteers appointed by the Mayor and Borough Council as an adjunct team to the Environmental Commission.

The Green Team relies on the Keyport’s greatest resource, its people, to participate as a community as we continue to transition to our goal of community environmental sustainability. We will achieve this goal through hosting educational events, community outreach, and supporting community-based environmental and sustainability initiatives such as enhancing our prestigious Sustainable Jersey Certification. We will provide a structure for people at all levels to work together to pursue their passions and use their unique skills and networks in the service of a more sustainable community.
